Michele Reneau became a Top Producing Realtor in the changing markets of 2006-2008 with Carolina One Real Estate. Michele closes and average of 45 transaction per year. Her average days on market for her listings during this same period was 70 days on the market with a list to sale ratio of 98.4%. Michele was nominated for RESA's Staging Realtor of the Year in 2009. She has effectively used staging as a business tool to list more, sell more and earn more. She enjoys helping other agents do the same.

As an internationally recognized trainer in the home staging industry, Christine Rae has been providing ground-breaking staging programs since 2001, after a 32 year career in executive business management. In August of 2005, she developed and launched her innovative certification program throughout North America (Canadian Certified Staging Professionals and Certified Staging Professionals in the USA). In this short span, she has personally instructed over 3200 entrepreneurs empowering them with the knowledge on how to start and grow a successful home staging business.
